Stock cases are returnable within two weeks of delivery with an additonal 20% restocking fee.
Shipping is incurred by customer. Custom cases are non-returnable unless Hybrid Cases is at
fault in some way, i.e. did not build case to customers specifications, etc. If Hybrid Cases is
determined to be at fault, the custom case may be returened within 30 days of original invoice.
If more than 30 days have elapsed, the customer will be responsible for all charges resulting
from returns, including repairs, shipping cost and/or replacement
